12.9 % to the builder as per recent laws.My humble suggestion do not mess with the Customs and Central Excise chaps who collect service tax

need one info,
how much service tax (%?) we have to pay to builder as per the latest govt laws?
and when do we pay?
after house/flat is handed over? or after registration is completed?
