jailbreaking will only void the warranty.. unlocking was NOT illegal before jan 26. but you can't do both...of course, you can't unlocking without jailbreaking.. | ||

unlocking is different from jailbreaking unlocking ante any provider sim use chesukovadam jailbreaking is installing unsigned code and applications on ur iphone. logically both are illegal. you can install third party apps with out using app store and if it is unlocked you can use it on other GSM carriers.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

Now, I have never done(jail break) before. I used iPhone4 and now using iPhone5.. Looking at everyone jumping on this ... I would like to try this.. Does any one know what are the advantages of doing this? To my limited knowledge, I guess we do not need itunes to download any songs. Is this the only reason? Anything more? | ||
