PG Degrees are mainly for two purposes : 1. To give you the take off (1st step)for your career. 2. To get an alliance for your marriage. Anthe...after that it is only on your attitude, skill sets you build over a period of time in your job and willingness to learn.. I am from IIPM New Delhi (MBA - Dual specialization Mktng with Finance). I do not know about other branches, but I got campus placement in a MNC bank and after 10 years...I am program manager, travelled across 5 continents etc etc.. Net Net even if you passed out of a B grade institute like IIPM, it is only your desire to grow which will take you up in life (only difference is you need take the route of steps unlike those who go by lift if passed out from premium institutes)... My take is always MBA if looking for a management role  | ||

naa opinion varaku if a person have talent he can sustain anywhere with little help from others. It doesnt matter where they are graduated from or what their qualification is,if a person have passion towards particular field he will definitely strive hard to attain it. Moreover I dont like dumbasses it is also waste of time to help such kinda people as it will damage our reputation. oka avg student but hardworker ki help cheste good satisfaction vuntundi kaani asalu work cheyyani vallani or dumb kinda people ni help chesi kuda emi satisfaction vundadu. I don't like to waste time making a point on someone that ain't going to understand the point in the first place.
