Quick Break fast -

1 unit Oats + 2 units 2% , 1% Milk + 1 unit water + chillies / masala karam + pepper if needed + Salt + Some peas, carros pieces found in frozen) + ground nuts

put it in microwave for up to a point where oats and mil mixes well without 2 being look seperate (prob 10 min)

Minestrone Soup

Very nutritious and healthy...best Italian recipe to suit Indian palates IMO...

Easy to prepare...konchem pasta, kidney beans add chesthe main course laga thineyyochu...actual recipe lo chicken broth undi...but then we dont have to use any broth...taste lo pedda change ledu
