simple answer is - nope. I just went thru a ebay buyer protection program claim. You have to go thru several steps and need to document every step along the way. Shipping has to be paid by the buyer. (unless it is mentioned in the original listing). especially, in this case, he specifically mentioned that return shipping will have to be paid by the buyer. | ||
