South Asia lo chicken thakkuva..mutton very rare unless you go to Malaysia or Indonesia places where too it is not common. Pork and seafood is their staple.

Din Tai Fung - my first Michelin star place. Service is awesome, food is brilliant, i have been here earlier and i can't have enough of it. For those who are around Hong Kong (or have a long layover on your way to US) or Taiwan, i highly recommend this. Even though i am not a big pork eater, the dumplings here make you really love pork too..desserts around South Asia are not worth talking about though. For a restaurant of this nature, food is amazingly cheap...for 3 of us it came to 50 USD.
