one fine day decide ayyadu....start chesadu ..morning 5 ki gym ki pothadu...1 hour..initial gaa trainer vunadu....intiki vachaka 6 boiled eggs (yellow di padesthadu)... 2 - 3 bread mukkalu thintadu....edo protien shake taguthadu...adi ipoayaka lunch ki 12 PM ki fish / chicken breast grill chesukuni..chuttu akulu alamalu ettukuni inkonni bread mullakatho thine vaadu...evening snack time lo evo bars thinevaadu...

malla night chicken / fish with bread mukkal... 10 ki nidra....

ila oka chestha vundaga 6 months lo 40 lbs thaggadu...anthaku mundu vunna battalu anni paresi kothavi konukkovalsi vachindi...

annattu seppatam marichi pya...sunday lo happy hour vundi 1 or 2 hours....istam vachinavi...anni thintadu...like ice creams...biryani...etc etc....aa rendu gantalu pandaga annattu..... nuvvu kooda ila follow ipo

u should get all protein + carbs + good fats.

what ever list you gave is fulllll of carbs, u will NOT maintain lean body mass on your diet and eventually you will lose muscle mass inturn metabolism inturn fat loss will be stalled.

portion control okkate solution kaadu, a calorie is not a calorie..macro nutrient split plays a major major role in body transformatin (fat loss)

1000 K calories of protein (250 gm of chicken) is NOT same as 1000 K cal of carbs (250 gm of rice or chapati) even though both has same calories.

former will help you lost more fat than later because of thermic effect of food and nitrogen balance.

Reduce 1 dosa (if 4 dosas is your normal intake)
Reduce 2 idlies (if 6 idlies is your normal intake)
Reduce ride and eat with lots of daal, curries etc
Don't add rice to yogurt....
Don't add rice to Rasam/Charu (take it like soup)
Reduce 1 roti (if 4 roti is your normal intake)
Avoid Cakes, Donoughts, Muffins etc.

Baatam line is after marriage, with kids we end up in eating regular food. It is tough to follow the strict diet. So, mana regular activities ki saripadda food thinte chaalu.

I tried to follow diet...Oatmeal, Salads etc. It is tough to follow same diet every day....when parents/in-laws at home you cannot avoid good food, festivals, holidays....you cannot avoid get togethers and have junk/tasty food.

Control should on QUANTITY.

you need to make change to what you eat. itla black bean soup, rendu grapes ante life long kastam. Oka 4 months ila chesi, one month full ga tinte you will gain everything. Do diet with indian food only




idi maathram 100%. 1 or 2 months too much dieting and after that too much weight.

Here is what I try to follow:

I tried to follow diet...Oatmeal, Salads etc. It is tough to follow same diet every day....when parents/in-laws at home you cannot avoid good food, festivals, holidays....you cannot avoid get togethers and have junk/tasty food.

Control should on QUANTITY.

U can buy Jillian's DVDs in costco or amazon for just 7 or 8 dollars. she got free 'meal plan' in her website(If yu buy from costco). i did not find any reason why they don't work out.

indian food ante vegetable oil esi, rice full gaa kummi denkatam without much protein in diet. tahts what i meant by indian food.

also when u have excess FAT, it doesnt matter what diet u use, if u eat in less quantity u will lose. thats what i told in this thread.

specialization comes when u have less than 15% body fat and want to get into 10% league to show abs. then the game changes and u need to be real real strict with your diet.. typical indian cooking will not help to get tho that level of leanness

My sueggestion is take metabolism test. Generally they do it in fitness clubs. If your metabolism rate isnt good, you have to fix it before you try anything. In the mean time exercise a lot.

nuvvemi strict diets follow avasaram ledu, u need to do two things

1. invest on a goood trainer for atleast 1 month and learn barbell lifts (deadlift, squats, benching, power cleans, rows). dont go for isometric movements/machine equipment. those are not for u.
2. calculate your BMR + activity factor (internet will help u here). aa vachina number kanna eat 500 Kcal less on workout day and eat 800 K cal less on non workout day.

workout every other day (or) 3 days per week.
calculate your calories (very very important at your stage)
you can eat 3 meals a day but make sure u eat protein in every meal and veggies.
dont eat any mean which has a combination of high carbs + high fat.

basically your meals should be like this

breakfast = eggs + lot of veggies
lunch - rice + chicken (low fat like grilled)
workout
dinner - rice + chicken or fish or what ever

again, whatever u eat per day should be less than what your body needs per day.
make sure u are eating less than your TDEE as explained above

Eat break fast nicely. Make sure you eat fiber and protein.

burn at least 500 calories. Walking or jogging. You can go to gym and spend time on Treadmill.

Lunch.. Have something with grilled chicken. Vegies or brownrice would help you..

every time you feel hungry , try to eat dry fruits. avoid sugary foods. spoon sugar would give you 100+ calories.

2200 is your daily needed calories. Try to eat only 1500 and try to burn another 500. So you are eating 1000 calories less than what is requires. The missing calories will be taken by burning your fat.

Drink lots of water.

Eat dinner at least 4 hours before you sleep. Eat little for dinner.
