But my wife did not receive H4 Approval along with my H1 Approval. There was just no update from USCIS and company B's lawyer was following up. - I moved from Company B to Company C in Sep 2012. My H1 XFer and my wife's H4 were approved on Sep 15th. all yappies - Ninna USCIS ninchi wife's initial H4 approval ochindi..ante company A ninchi company B move ainadi...and this approval was done after Sep 15th so ippudu thana H4 company B tho unnatta? |
