HATS OFF TO ALLU ARJUN. HOPE MORE TELUGU ACTORS BECOME POPULAR AND MAKE MORE MONEY AND BECOME MORE RICH Career Allu Arjun, also known as Bunny, has a huge youth following in Kerala. He is the second actor to have that much of a following in Kerala, behind Kamal Hassan. His first film as a leading man, Gangotri, was directed by veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao, was a big hit. It was K. Raghavendra Rao's 100th film.[1]. Allu Arjun's second film Arya was a 2004 blockbuster and got huge collections all over the country.[2] It was Arjun's first major hit. His third film, Bunny, was also a hit. His fourth film, Happy, didn't fulfill the expectations and turned out to be huge flop .[3] However, the film made decent profits in the United States.[4] In 2007, his next release with Puri Jagannadh, Desamuduru, proved to be a big hit at the box office[5] and the first hit of the year in Tollywood.[6] The film has been described as the best in Arjun's career so far.[7] He was acclaimed for his newly toned body with six pack abs, for which he reportedly trained for 3 hours a day for more than 6 months. He became the first South Indian star to have a six pack and has gained a huge fan following among the youth. His next movie is with producer Dil Raju and Bhaskar, who directed Bommarillu, where Sheela plays the female lead.
