The ONLY solution for this is, we need a LEADER like SARDAR VALLABHAI PATEL, who can STRICTLY IMPLEMENT the LAWS we have and PUT culprits BEHIND BARS irrespective of the position that person holds Politician/Lawyer/Judge/Movie Actor or anyone else?
