maa office lo 90% of the people in the gym are tellollu. There is 2 or 3 desis other than me who are regulars. May be the others are working out at home or other gyms or whatever.

In general it is true that vomricans are more into going to the gym and being fit than desis. desis prefer to play sports - either on the court/ground or on the TV is a different story.

All that said those who are into running & fitness are into it irrespective of skin color.

i always tell people one story..

maa dosthu galu oka 4 yrs back nannu comdy chesevallu..em ra gym antav, diet antav ivanni avasarama? happygaa tinesi tagesi tirgeyali mama life ante..

after 4 yrs one fine day, one guy emailed me asking for workout and protien. mama full potta perigipoyindi mama, potta tagginche workout cheppu, i ant to join in gym ani..just laughed in my heart..

now when we all get together vallu late 20's lo uncles laga unte, i am proud to say i look early 20's.. naaku pelli ayyindi ante shock thinna vallu unnaru..i feel so prpud of my achievement and hardwork..

nenu peddaga tinatam ledu antaru..u dont know how many secret calories ur consuming daily..1 tablespoon of fat is 15gm of fat. 1 gm of fat is 9 calories.. ilanti sponns manaki enni vekthayi/ enni carbs velthayi..entha protien velthadi..easily people will consume more calories than what they burn..

if u rserious on transforming ur body, u got to put some efforet in diet.

bro.. simple test.. 20 lbs dumbell tho 10 reps chesi, wait for 15 sec anthe and do another set for 20..malli 15 sec ee weight chesi malli do 10 reps. 3rd set lo u can lift only 20 lbs. because ur muscle is exhuasted.

ade if u wait fr 45 sec between set or even 1 min.. u can lift more weight. but more han 1 min kooda waste..

see at power lifters.. they dont do 10 reps.. they just do 3-5 reps. look at the rest interval they take between sets.

because p90x lo if u want to keep up with that time interval, u need to use less wieghts. if u dont shock ur body with heavy weights (considerably)then new motor units will not be recruited. muscle fibre develop avvadu..

p90x is more of endurance training then strength or hypertrophy training

Nenu chadivindi/telusukundi emiti ante - Abdomen fat/tummy fat is the first one to come and last one to go. There are no short cuts to reduce tummy fat. You can't selectively remove fat from one part of the body (unless you go for lipo etc)

p90x di chest and back video ni follow ayyi.. okka roju intlone chesa.. awesome workout.. okka roju gym lo shoulders and arms chesa follwed the work out schedule in the video.. too good.. i think he has a very good work out routine if you follow it well..
i like the videos.. also it may not work for everyone.. videos baga peddavi unnay.. almost 1hr video each.. edaina torrents site lo vetakandi dorukutay..

p90x lo not even moderate weights u will use..its more of a cardio than strength..

at the end of the day u will loose tons of muscle..sure u will lose weight but u lose muscle too

that is the guy from p90x.. awesome work out routines.. i have all of the p90x videos.. i followed a few videos and it does make a lot of difference.. the abs workout is tough.. i have not dared to do a full work out yet..
