http://www.murthy.com/nflash/nf_081610.html On August 13, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissed the lawsuit challenging the January 8, 2010 USCIS memorandum on H1B employer-employee relationships. The lawsuit, Broadgate, Inc. et al vs USCIS, challenged the memorandum on procedural grounds. The dismissal is a disappointment for those companies and employees working under the third-party placements addressed by the memorandum.
