ff : waqar and malinga are both round-arm action, so are all the others i listed. if you have to blindly pick 2kinds of bowlers who are unlikely to chuck, it is slingers and leggies. these 2 kind of bowlers will heavily compromise their control if they try to chuck. there is a good chance that mcgrath and pollock straighten their arms to a greater degree than malinga. they have more intent as well as throwing would help them gain more control. kimura: i will check again, but i dont see why a slinger (who already has pace and struggles for control) would try to chuck and risk losing that control. afridhi change of pace margin is very wide...regular leg spinners around 90 kph vesthaadu...but faster one is close to 120( nama venki prasad speed  ) if u observe all his quicker ones are bowled with a off spinner/cutter grip , wide of the crease...a definite change in the elbow direction - pointing more outwards when bowling leggies as opposed to pointing straight down when bowling faster one this is easy to pick on tv replays but i doubt batsmen look at elbow/arm direction rather than grip/wrist now how much does he chuck with this changed action is debatable | ||
