Yup...Lots of chicken breast pieces...

Omlet with Egg whites + Bagels with low fat cottage for breakfast...

Anytime, If I miss meat ..then I'll have Kelloggs Protein shake...

Personally,I've found that eating 6 times a day and every 2 hours ect doesn't really matter.




It is the good way to eat when u build ur body...

Again, it all depends on ur metabolic rate and it varies from person to person..

so take the food which u feel comfortable...

If you don't workout, you'll remain fat for your whole life...& you'll regret later.......

I'm also taking Bikram Yoga classes starting November which would keep body in shape and relieves stress..

Try to eat the equivalent of 3 lbs of meat a day and youll be huge.Fruits and veggies give you the essentials for digesting the meats, like eat alot of pineapples and youll get more out of the meat that you eat cuz you'll digest it better.

Personally,I've found that eating 6 times a day and every 2 hours ect doesn't really matter.Bottom line is how much protein per day do you assimilate.
id rather sit down to 2 meals a day with 2 lbs of meat than 6 meals a day each consisting of 1/2 lb of meat...
