Then just apply for Advance Parole.........you can come back with it........no need for EAD to come back................ | ||

Could you please tell me the instructions to file EAD & Advanced parole. Mine is a MNC and my 6 year H1B is not done yet. I am in my 4th year of my H1B. My company does not pay for EAD and advanced parole until my 6 year H1B is done. I would like to file advanced parole and my EAD on my own. Reason is...I do not want to get my h1 stamped next time I go to India, due to the fear of getting stuck at the embassy and also, I do not want to spend couple of days worrying about the issue. My I485 was filed back in july 2007. How do I apply EAD and advanced parole?? How much does it cost?? How tough is it to apply them on my own?? My layer firm (Fragomen) will apply on my behalf, but they said they would charge $1500 for both the applications. help me guys. |
