2) Lets say ..Morning lechi you have eaten a banana or a healthy youghurt..ante inchu minchu 200 cals...this gives you strength to do a 10 mins of exercise more..exercise increased by 10 mins any day will increase your strenght to burn fat..so empty stomach kanna healthy gaa digest ayedhi thini exercise chesthe better...

BTW, Anti-Oxidants are good when you r in reducing weight mode..so green tea(also increases sperm motility) or BLueberry or pomegrenate (healthy skin) drink chesthe better..

For example: nuvvu Treadmill meedha 5 setting meedha running chesthaav anukundhaam for 10 mins..
Instead of running for 10 mins on 5 lets do something different ..

there is accumulated fat around ur stomach..Try doing Abs every alternate day..body needs 24 hrs to form muscle..if you do Abs daily that might not help..

Neeku Lean and strong arms kavali antey...thakkuva weights pettukooo...and ekkuva repetitions cheyyi...like as many as you can...and for as long as you can...but with less wts.....This is like aerobic exercise for upper arms...just like jogging or running for lower limbs....

so, calories burn avuthaii and also lean muscle develop avuthundi...arms will be lean, but strong...

Inka bulky arms kavali antey...weights baga ekkuva pettukoo...and thakkuva repetitions ayinaa parledu...take rest and do few more again...but weight ekkuva vundali.....this way you will build bulky muscle...

but remember, second option ki velli bulky arms build cheste, regular ga maintain chesukovali taruvatha...otherwise you will end up replacing some of that muscle with fat...and it won't look good...


naaku telisindi cheppanu...do a little bit research yourself...
