ashton, naaku telisindi cheptaa... Neeku Lean and strong arms kavali antey...thakkuva weights pettukooo...and ekkuva repetitions cheyyi...like as many as you can...and for as long as you can...but with less wts.....This is like aerobic exercise for upper arms...just like jogging or running for lower limbs.... so, calories burn avuthaii and also lean muscle develop avuthundi...arms will be lean, but strong... Inka bulky arms kavali antey...weights baga ekkuva pettukoo...and thakkuva repetitions ayinaa parledu...take rest and do few more again...but weight ekkuva vundali.....this way you will build bulky muscle... but remember, second option ki velli bulky arms build cheste, regular ga maintain chesukovali taruvatha...otherwise you will end up replacing some of that muscle with fat...and it won't look good... naaku telisindi cheppanu...do a little bit research yourself... |
