The Movie starts with a close up of Leo....in a kauphy shop..in a hugo boss suit with no tie...the colour of his suit is pale (passionless)...he is sippin his cappucino n reading a news paper ...right.... now he glances over the watch n shifts his head to see through the streets.... and on the other side of the road from where he is sitting we see a cab coming to a stop and we see a fulthu dressed up corporate dude getting out of the car.... and he is Leos Mark...(the guys whose idea he has to steal) Now Leo nods to himself and gets up from the table and he is ready to follow his mark....and he reaches for his wallet and pulls out a 5dol bill for tip...and he reaches the table with the note and carelessly throws it on the table rather than placing it on it as he was in hurry not to miss his mark... Now the note instead on falling on the table defies the gravity and stays 6 inches above the table drifting... (means he is in his dream) and hans zimmer music starts in BG And now Leo starts following his mark...the guy is talkin on his mobile and checking the market figures on other phone and walking fast towards his destination and leo finds it difficult to keep up with him with all the traffic n buzz on the streets... So leo increases the tempo in his walk and he is almost running now n his face is intense (the Bg score capturing the tension n everything) And in his pursuit he is almost like posessed....but still cant even reach the guy....and suddenly he sees a car coming towards him almost knocking him over but jumping over his head at last moment(Means his dreams are not stable...his sub conscious state is addressing the dangerous n self destructive n suicidal state of his mind)... and he is shocked....and slowly the world around him starts to act crazy....a train leaving the tracks n coming onto the roads towards him n stuff like that...and leo starts running away from all this towards his mark and the mark passes through a narrow lane between two huge buildings and leo takes the same path ... he reaches halfway in that path and suddently the two huge buildings start to come closer in an attempt to close down that lane and pin leo to death....and leo starts running towards the other side of the lane by positioning himself in sideways....but the buildings start to come closer faster n faster n its almost impossible for leo to come through that ..... and suddenly from all this BG n noise we hear these words in panic "Give him the kick...give him the kick...wake him up wake him up...." and the scene cuts to leo waking up from a dream....from a sleep ...from a failed inception....with his team looking at him in panic.... and in the next scene we see him going n meeting michaine caine n telling him that his dreams are not consistent and they r unstable n dangerous....They aren't that awesome anymore.... anukuntunna | ||

I think the main goal of the movie was to make it difficult to understand. I remember long time ago the director saying the same. There was no logical ending to that script. I too dont understand why to make movies just for the purpose of confusing the audience | ||

U see in memento n prestige where nolan is dealing with character study and a profession study he chooses to focus on the character n the profession to start the movie... Like in memento the titles roll and u see a fully develeoped photograph fading away just like the memory of our hero... and in prestige he starts the movie with an act of magic ... and in the movies like dark knight n batman n insomnia he choses for a conventional beginning starting the movie with a heist or a murder... Since Inception is somewhat similar to prestige I guess he will focus on the Job/profession in the beginning scene.... | ||

I am hopin Nolan will keep the story straight and presents it with clarity. I dont mind complex stories but I'd like movie to give enough clues to understand.
