SInce ur current AP is valid till August 5th u can happpily go out of country and come back anytime on or before August 5th. Nothing to worry abt it | ||

This is true , but u already have an Old AP which is valid till aug5th, So not sure how it works in your case...jmo, you can travel on old AP, but not sure though | ||

All these years was on H1 and now I need to travel to India as there is a family emergency. My H1 Visa expired and applied for new Advance parole. I have an old Advance parole which expires on August 5th 2010. Planning to travel to India this week end and come back on August 1st. Am I good o travel as my new Advance parole is pending. Will I abandon my I485 if I travel as Ap renewal is pending? TIA |
