హైదరాబాద్లో షార్ట్ ఫిలిం ఫెస్టివల్
హైదరాబాద్ షార్ట్ ఫిలిం ఫెస్టివల్ భాగ్యనగరంలో ఆరంభం కాబోతోంది. ఈనెల 3,4 తేదీల్లో జూబ్లీహిల్స్లోని స్టేట్ ఆర్ట్ గ్యాలరీలో జరగనుంది. సమాచార పౌరసంబంధాల శాఖ మంత్రి గీతారెడ్డి ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఆరంభిస్తారు. వివిధ దేశాలకు చెందిన 285 చిత్రాలు ఎంట్రీకి రాగా, అందులో 50 చిత్రాలు ఎంపికయ్యాయి. అవి 3,4 తేదీల్లో ప్రదర్శిస్తారు. ఎనిమిది విభాగాలకు బహుమతి ప్రధానం చేయనున్నారు. అవార్డు కమిటీకి ప్రముఖ ఛాయాగ్రాహకుడు ఎం.వి.రఘు అధ్యక్షుడిగా, రామ్, ప్రసాద్, బడి సాంబశివరావు, కార్టూనిస్టు మల్లిక్ జూర్యీ సభ్యులుగా ఉన్నారు. 4వ తేదీ ముగింపు రోజు దాసరి నారాయణరావు ముఖ్యఅతిథిగా పాల్గొంటారు.

Hyderabad Short Film Festival in July

HYDERABAD: Offering a platform for aspiring and upcoming independent filmmakers to showcase their talent, the first edition of Hyderabad Short Film Festival (HSFF) will be held in the city on July 3 and 4. The last date for submission of entries is June 15.
Being organised by M.V.S. Studio in collaboration with A.P. Cultural Department, the HSFF is open for short films of less than 15 minutes in length, including front and back credits, and in both fiction and non-fiction categories. âThe film festival seeks to promote innate talent in the art of filmmaking and serve the purpose of being a launch pad and novel opportunity for aspiring filmmakers for career advancement,â says M. Sree Chaitanya.
The entries are to be made on DVD regardless of original shooting format and sub-titles in English are must for films in Hindi and Telugu. Further details on the short film festival can be had from the organisers over phone 99595-77005 or from websites âwww.cinebees.com' or âwww.hsff.in'.
