Crystal is struggling to filter the data in the frontend where as if we do the filteration etc at the database level report will be faster The view query which takes few seconds is takinga rnd 6-10 minutes from the report | ||

ok now i undertood what u mean. whats the harm if view brings all the data. remember view does not store the data it just shows the data in the way u want. so table lo ela undo view lo kuda alage untundi. so table index batti view perfrmance kuda untundi kada. This real estate is for sale. | ||

Correct me if I am wrong View returns the whole data and it has to be filtered in the Crystal Reports where as with SP data filtering is done on the server | ||
